Dr. Kat Kremblewski, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario and has been in practice since 2013.

Her family owned a health food store in Nova Scotia for 45 years and she naturally gravitated toward the practitioner role as an adult, seeing firsthand how both nature and the body’s inherent wisdom can change and enhance human life.

Dr. Kat is also a mama of 3, committed wife and active advocate for health and medical empowerment and finds joy in awakening others to their light, inborn potential and self-healing journeys.

Dr. Kat believes that every person is capable of healing themselves - her role is to facilitate and support coherence between intention and emotion around how we all approach our current lives and future selves.

With this complete healing approach, there is an absolute necessity for each person to take full responsibility and accountability for his or her own health and life. This requires commitment and dedication to both reflecting on what habits, thoughts and beliefs one has held up until this point and to honestly evaluate the impact of all of the above.
